Nur Islam

Supervisor, SARCH

Mr. Nur Islam is a Supervisor at SARCH, where he oversees a team of field research assistants who conduct door-to-door household surveys in rural Bangladesh. These surveys are essential to SARCH's research approach, as they allow the organization to collect detailed, firsthand information from rural households and gain a comprehensive understanding of their circumstances, needs, and challenges. This approach ensures that SARCH's research is not only statistically robust but also deeply rooted in the lived experiences of the communities it serves.

Mr. Islam is a highly experienced and skilled supervisor with a deep understanding of rural Bangladesh and the unique challenges faced by its residents. He is also a strong advocate for community participation and empowerment, and he works closely with his team of research assistants to ensure that their surveys are conducted in a respectful and ethical manner.

Under Mr. Islam's supervision, SARCH has conducted hundreds of door-to-door household surveys in rural Bangladesh.

Luish Hasda

Field Research Assistant, SARCH

 Mr. Luish Hasda is a field research assistant at SARCH, where he conducts door-to-door household surveys in rural Bangladesh. He is a member of the indigenous Hasda tribe, and he is passionate about using his work to improve the lives of rural Bangladeshis, especially those from marginalized communities.

Mr. Hasda has a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by rural Bangladeshis, and he is skilled at building rapport with survey respondents. He is also fluent in local languages, which allows him to communicate effectively with respondents from diverse backgrounds.

Mr. Hasda is a valuable asset to SARCH, and his dedication to his work is making a real difference in the lives of rural Bangladeshis.

Asma Khatun

Field Research Assistant, SARCH

 Ms. Asma Khatun is a field research assistant at SARCH, where she conducts door-to-door household surveys in rural Bangladesh. She is a young woman who is passionate about using her work to promote gender equality and women's empowerment.

Ms. Khatun has a deep understanding of the challenges faced by women in rural Bangladesh, and she is skilled at building rapport with female survey respondents.

In her role as a field research assistant, Ms. Khatun has collected data on a wide range of topics.
